How to Submit a Bill of Lading (BOL)

Follow the demonstrated steps for submitting your bill of lading.

0:02 This tutorial is how to submit your bill of lading after you completed your load.
0:09 So, first thing what you need to do, open up your web browser, in this case I'm
0:14 going to be using Google Chrome.
0:17 And then in the search or URL box, you will type logix
0:21 .deltacarriergroup.com.
0:27 You'll click go.
0:31 And on this next page, it will ask you to put your username or email
0:36 and then to put your password.
0:39 So, for this demonstration, I'm going to put my email and
0:56 then I'm going to put my password.
0:59 In most cases, it's going to be your first name, dot, your last
1:05 name, all lower cases.
1:11 You're going to click Sign In.
1:15 So, once you're signed in, if you have a load, it's going to show up here
1:18 as an order ID, the load that you completed and also your truck number.
1:24 And if you can see on the top, it says to install it as an application, click share
1:29 sheet and add it to home screen.
1:31 So, if you go on the share on the right side on your browser and
1:39 you can scroll to add to home screen.
1:46 Over here, you can just add it to the home screen or if you like to rename the app,
1:52 you can rename it.
1:53 You can click on the X and you can put like Delta and for example, BOL.
1:58 So, you'll know that this is for bill of landings.
2:04 Add and your app is going to be right there on your home screen.
2:10 So, I'm going to open the app again.
2:13 And again, it's showing your order ID, tractor.
2:17 If you click on documents, I'm sorry, not on documents.
2:23 If you go on the bottom left corner where it says orders,
2:26 you can see all of your previous orders that you did.
2:32 So, and if you need to submit bill of landings for those orders, you can do.
2:37 For example, you can see this last order where it says TA services.
2:42 It says missing bill of landing.
2:43 So, I'm going to go back.
2:45 Actually, this is the order.
2:47 It's already populating for you.
2:50 What do you need to do now?
2:52 On the bottom right corner where it says capture, just click capture.
2:58 And it says take photo.
3:00 So, it's going to open up your camera.
3:04 So, this is just like a blank bill of landing that I'm going to take a picture.
3:10 So, I like how this looks.
3:12 I'm going to take the picture and I'll click use photo.
3:17 It will give you option to crop the image.
3:22 You can do that now.
3:25 And then just click on the bottom left crop.
3:30 So, if you're satisfied with this picture, just click save.
3:35 It says select document type.
3:38 So, if this is a bill of landing, you can click bill of landing.
3:41 If it's a lumper or wait ticket, you can just click on that.
3:46 So, in this case, this is a bill of landing.
3:49 On the left corner, it's going to ask you if you like to add more pages.

3:54 Take another photo.
3:57 So, let's say I have multiple pages.
4:01 Take that photo.
4:02 Use.
4:06 Crop.
4:07 And save.
4:08 And it's going to ask you again.
4:09 Is this a bill of landing?
4:10 Yes, it is.
4:12 And then done.
4:14 Once you submitted your bills on the bottom right corner, you'll see send.

4:21 It will ask you that the app would like to use your current location.

4:26 You can allow that.
4:28 And it says images submitted successfully.
4:31 And you're all done.
